2024-2025 Season Announcement

I am very excited to announce my 2024-2025 season! In my first year out of school, I am delighted to be spending it at Lyric Opera of Chicago in The Patrick G. and Shirley W. Ryan Opera Center.

As part of the Ryan Opera Center, I will be spending my summer presenting a scenes workshop directed by Mo Zhou and conducted by Tiffany Chang, singing Susanna in Act II of Le nozze di Figaro and Musetta in Act III of La Bohème. There will also be a concert with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago conducted by Roberto Kalb in the same repertoire, and Sunday in the Park with Lyric under the hand of Lyric’s Music Director Enrique Mazzola. I’m also honoured to be making my Grant Park Music Festival debut, singing Mater Gloriosa in their season closer of Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 8, conducted by Maestro Carlos Kalmar.

I am so thrilled to be a part of the opening of Lyric’s season singing the Page in Rigoletto, and sharing my house debut with my Juilliard acting teacher Mary Birnbaum as director. Following this, I will be reprising the role of Barbarina in Le nozze di Figaro directed by Barbara Gaines and conducted by Erina Yashima in their Lyric debut. To complete my Lyric season, I will be singing the role of Jess and covering Ashley in Missy Mazzoli and Royce Vavrek’s The Listeners, directed by Lileana Blain-Cruz.

In April, the Ryan Opera Center will be giving the Rising Stars in Concert performance, also celebrating 50 years of the Ryan Opera Center.

It’s an exciting season with many debuts, and I am looking forward to working with such amazing directors, conductors and singers in this next year.
